At Sparkling Blings, every order goes through a quality check before dispatch and is carefully packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Please note that we follow a strict no return, no refund, and no exchange policy.
In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, wrong product, incomplete, or partially missing item, we will assist you with a replacement, subject to the conditions below.
To raise a replacement request, an unedited package opening video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of receiving the order. The video should clearly show:

This video is essential for verification and helps us resolve your concern fairly and quickly.

In some cases, we may ask for additional photos or videos to better understand the issue, and we appreciate your cooperation.
