When will I receive my tracking ID?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking link and tracking ID via SMS and/or Email. This usually happens within 24 hours after dispatch.
Where will I receive my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation will be shown on the website immediately after placing the order. A confirmation email will also be sent to your registered email address.
What is the delivery timeline?
Orders are generally dispatched the next business day after being placed. Prepaid orders are usually delivered within 1–7 business days once dispatched. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are usually delivered within 3–10 business days once dispatched. Orders placed during the weekend are shipped on Monday. Delivery timelines may vary due to holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
How can I check the tracking status of my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link and ID shared via SMS once the order is dispatched. You will also receive regular updates via SMS and/or Email, along with a delivery confirmation call on the day of delivery.
Can I have my order delivered on a specific date or within a specific timeline?
